Our Account Manager is the single point of contact for the risk engineering program, and provides support to the client and broker on all aspects of the program. Once visits to all of the locations have been completed, we provide an Account Overview document which presents pertinent risk benchmarking data and summary information, gathered from all the locations visited. Recommendations can then be prioritized and ranked to assist in achieving risk improvement objectives. The Account Manager additionally oversees our Technical Quality Management (TQM) review of all reports to ensure that our high quality standards are met and agreed service instructions are strictly followed.
